I took the previously created user flows and ran a series of user tests to optimize the experience. For users in the program, I emphasized their progress and highlighted the tier they achieved. For the user’s not in the program, I gave more prominence to the tiers so that they could easily be distinguished from each other by organizing them in a chart. That way the user could compare the three tiers at a glance. I moved the CTA down and increased the size so it would be accessible for both left and right-hand users.
