Voyager Loyalty Program
Role: Senior Product Designer
After the successful launch of the Voyager Loyalty Program 1.0 a year prior, through user surveys and community feedback, it became clear that the program needed to expand. I worked on the 2.0 version of this program which entailed the addition of three more tiers.

The Challenge
After running user tests on the previous 1.0 experience, the results showed that many users felt overwhelmed with the current layout. Armed with this knowledge, I set out to design an experience that would showcase all six tiers in an easily digestible way.

Defining the solution
I led a brainstorming session with the team of designers, developers, and the product owner. During that session, we looked at direct and indirect competitor reward experiences. From there, I created lo-fi wireframes of two possible experiences. I brought those experiences to high fidelity and ran a series of user tests. The tests compared the ease of use, strengths, and weaknesses of the two designs, along with seeing which option drove the user to take action.

Results from user testing enforced utilizing a list view along with unique colors per tier. Users found the addition of short descriptions per tier very helpful. I contextualized the rewards descriptions by incorporating them into the each tier detail screen.

2.0 features a clean layout that is easy to navigate. It facilitates a clear comparison of all six tiers and their rewards.
The development of this project is still in progress.
